Big news — Dr. Mulligan and Dr. Probizanski have relocated their practice to Oak Medical Arts – River Terrace as of December 1, 2025!
You’ll find us at our new home at 1260 Golf Links Road, inside Oak Medical Arts – River Terrace Pharmacy.
Both the clinic and pharmacy will continue to operate independently, but we’re excited to work side by side — two trusted local healthcare teams, together in one convenient location.
We can’t wait to welcome you to our new, modern space!
We are deeply saddened to share that Dr. Edwards passed away on Tuesday Sept 2, 2025. As such, her practice is closed, effective immediately. At this time, our other physicians are unfortunately unable to accommodate her entire practice. In the meantime, we encourage patients to access the resources available to them, including any walk-in clinic, or you are welcome to secure another primary care provider. The Port Arthur Health Centre is currently accepting new patients.
